אדירים · Sephardic Jewish Organization
Building Identity.
Inspiring Growth.
Supporting American Sephardic young men ages 17–22 in Israeli yeshivas — and guiding them when they return home.
Who We Are
A Home for the
Sephardic Soul.
Adirim was born from a simple truth: American Sephardic boys studying in Israeli yeshivas too often return home feeling untethered — without a clear community, without language for their experience, without a bridge between two worlds.
We exist to build that bridge. Through structured programming, mentorship, and a strong peer network, Adirim helps young men develop an unshakeable sense of Sephardic identity — one they can carry wherever life takes them.
Rooted in the richness of our mesorah and the warmth of Sephardic tradition, Adirim is more than an organization. It is a family.
“Ki adirim hem — for they are mighty.”
